See all pictures for the best description! The base of this magneto has cracks and in a few of the pictures I point to them with a screw driver. End plate has a chip. Mounting threads look good. This mag does turn over and produce a spark by giving it a quick spin by hand and scratching a test wire against my bench. I don’t believe it’s a strong enough spark to start or run a engine however. Does not turn over and the armature is stuck in the housing. Base looks nice other than one chip that I can see. Mounting holes look good. Please see pictures for the absolute best description.

Does not turn over. Shaft threads and keyway area has some plier marks!! Base looks nice and is clean appearing on the exterior considering its age. I do not see any cracks or chips on the housing compared to a lot of the pot metal base magnetos. Please see pictures for the absolute best description.

This is for a John Deere “E” 6 hp oil pan. My John Deere pans are 16 gauge stainless steel, laser cut and very stiff (to hold the gasket against the block). They now have the 1018 steel oil cup spot welded on for when you are working the engine real hard and for limiting oil splash. These are Made In The USA, We refuse to use import sources to manufacture our specialty parts just to make a bit more profit like others do. Keep in mind these are aftermarket parts not made by Deere, part numbers used only as a reference.
