This is an extremely hard to find original ignitor for a Gearless McVicker hit and miss gas engine. It is in great condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind that I can see or know of. It has an all brass body and mounts with two 3/8 inch holes 2 3/16 inches apart on center. This ignitor should fit several sizes of McVicker engines but please measure your engine or consult your parts book to be be sure. Everything moves and functions as it should. There is very little noticeable wear on the movable shaft and trip finger. After a good cleaning and possibly a new set of points I believe it should be ready to be used on an engine or put on the shelf for a spare. If you’ve been looking for one don’t miss your chance on this one. It will likely be a long time before another one turns up! Let the pictures be your guide. You won’t be disappointed in any way. This is an original fuel mixer or carburetor for a John Lauson or Alpha DeLaval Model W hit and miss gas engine. It may fit other models or sizes so please do your homework to be sure it fits your application. It is in good condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind except for the disc on the fuel needle which works as it should as does the choke plate. It mounts with three holes 1 3/8 inches apart on center and the hole in that mounting flange is about 3/4 inch in diameter. I believe this is for the 1 1/2hp engines. Please measure your engine to be sure it works for your application. I believe this mixer is ready to be used on an engine or put in your inventory as a spare. These original parts are quite tough to find in the wild or even at swap meets! If you’ve been looking for one to complete a restoration or to replace your broken or repaired one here’s your chance. This is a very nice and very hard to find original Elkhart 4-bar magneto for a hit and miss or throttle governed gas engine. It should fit several engines but please measure your engine to be sure it will work for you. It is in great shape with no cracks, breaks, or repairs that I can see or know of. It has the original leadout tower and leadoutcover including the lever nut as can be seen. It mounts on a 2 inch square hole pattern and the threads in all of the holes are in great shape. It turns over very nicely with very little noticeable wear in the bearings. This magneto has had the magnets recharged. It has a nice hot spark that is sure to run your engine if it is set up properly. The pictures tell the story. It would also make a great spare on the shelf. It will likely be quite a while until another Elkhart magneto come along for sale and it probably won’t be this nice! This is a pretty nice original and VERY had to find Hancock Inspirator or steam injector. It’s not all pounded up like a lot of the injectors that you see. It seems to be complete with all of the tail nuts and fittings. The valves seem to move as they should. I believe this a 3/4 inch inspirator as the plumbing is 3/4 inch on the bottom and 1/2 inch on top. The body measures about 6 1/2 x 9 inches. It is marked with the makers name on a boss between the barrels of the body. All in all this is a very nice original example. If you need one for any reason this one should serve the purpose. It would also make a great spare on the shelf. These original Hancock Inspirators are almost impossible to find in. The wild or even at swap meets so don’t miss your chance one this one. The bottom mounting holes measure 2″x 2″ as well. Governor is incomplete and what is there appears to have a good amount of wear and shows years of abuse.
