Bought this Old Kick Start – “Maytag” 2 Cylinder Model 72-D engine at an estate sale. Owner said he has had it running many time. Said he use to just sit and listen to it run. I, myself have never heard it crank/run. You can see where the owner did a touch up paint job on logos. Motor is missing the kick start foot pedal. Probably was there somewhere but could not locate it. Engine serial # 101554. Has wear, scuffs and scratches/scratched to finish with settled dirt and some grime from shop storage. I have not cleaned. Only wiped off some dust. Kick part works and engines turns fine. Paper towel stuck in exhaust to prevent dust entrance. May need a little TLC to get cranked but see no reason man would not tell truth. Sells in AS IS condition! Photo of each side for condition viewing. Sells EXACTLY as pictured.
