This is a pretty nice old Wico EK magneto for a hit and miss or throttle governed gas engine. These had many applications in the early gasoline engine world and will work on any engine that requires a Wico EK magneto. It is in good with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind except for a short tear in the bottom of the wrap that can be seen in the pictures. There doesn’t seem to be much mechanical wear and only slight cosmetic wear. It has the original name tag on it. I’ve checked this magneto and it does have spark but it seems intermittent and a bit weak. It possibly needs some cleaning or a new condenser but these parts are readily available and inexpensive. It could be a really nice magneto with probably less than an hours worth of work. It would even make a great spare on the shelf! The pictures tell the story. You’ll like it.
