This is an original early brass ignitor for an old hit and miss gas engine. I believe it is for a piston trip early McVicker gearless engine. It is in good, used condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind that I can see or know of. It mounts with two holes 2 3/16 inches apart on center. The movable shaft has no noticeable wear but the ponts look like they need renewal. This ignitor may fit several sizes or models of engines. If you know for sure please educate me! Everything seems to move and function as it should and with just a little work it should be ready to go to work in an engine.
