This is an original exhaust valve cage with valve for a Tom Thumb air cooled hit and miss engine made by International Harvester Company. It will need some attention to the valve, seat, and threads but with some effort it should be a usable piece. It is part number G6532 and has no cracks, breaks, or repairs that I can see or know of.
