Here is a nice No. 1301 This oiler has a vent tube and check valve. It is meant to be used for cylinder lubrication on an old engine. Take a look at the pictures and decide if you need it! Cylinder Oiler, has check valve and vent tube. 3 diameter main glass. 1/2 pipe mounting bottom. 7-3/4 tall with the flipper up. Seems to be in excellent shape. I try to list items very accurately but my opinions on condition may vary from yours. Most items will go out faster though. I have many good parts and pieces I will be listing in the next few months. I try to do a very good job of listing everything I sell in a very accurate manner to explain all the good and bad points with the pictures and in the description. So if someone doesn’t pay I will ban them from my listings and also tell all my friends who also sell engine parts on here who to watch out for. If you haven’t caught on this is supposed to be mildly funny but yet serious at the same time. If you decide you don’t want it or find another one cheaper you I won’t take it back. This is a very unusual flat belt driven piston type water pump pressure washer made by Hardie Manufacturing Company as seen on the brass serial tag. It is in excellent original condition as can be seen and retains most of it’s original paint and lettering. It is in a factory enclosure and the sheet metal panels on each side lift up to watch it work. I believe the cart it is on is shop made specifically for this pressure washer. It has an opening on the top for the belt and the motor carriage appears to be homemade. It doesn’t appear to have been used very much as there is still some paint on the drive pulley. It turns over nice and smoothly with no wear in the bearings or on the gears. There are no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind that I can see or know of except one of the bearing caps which I’ve provided a picture of. The other bearing cap looks to be identical so this should be an easy repair. There are two original tips for the hose. The overall size of the cabinet is about 24 inches square and 36 inches tall to the top of the case without the belt guard. It has some paint overspray on it from living in a shop type environment for many decades. The hose is dry and may need to be replaced but this should be available at your local farm or industrial supply store. I’ve seen a lot of early industrial pumps and setups but this particular setup is a first for me! It would certainly be a conversation piece using it at your local engine run by an engine! Oddball setups like this hardly ever turn up in the wild or even at swap meets anymore so if you’ve been looking for one don’t miss this one. The pictures tell the story. It would certainly be tough to find a nicer original than this one! I can deliver this for free to LeSueur, MN, Baraboo, WI, Portland, IN, or Coolspring, PA, engine shows or swap meets later this year. Maytag 72D Twin Cylinder Hit-n-Miss Motor. Serial # 29682 is stamped on the inside of flywheel area and # 882347 is stamped on the outside edge of the flywheel itself. I found this motor in the rafters of an old equipment shed on a farm in South Central Kentucky. It DOES NOT run in current condition, however I believe it would restore well and should run great. It needs a good cleaning! The motor turns easily and I did a compression check that shows one cylinder at about 45 PSI and one at 50 PSI. I do not know what normal compression is supposed to be. One spark plug has the tip broke off, both spark plug wires are broken, one cylinder cooling fin has a piece missing, the pulley nearest the kick start has a small piece missing around the shaft area, the gas tank has dried chunks in it (presumed from old fuel), part of the outside pulley shaft is missing.
